⭐ 1 star – Very disappointing experience Unfortunately, my stay at this apartment was not as expected. We left the place clean and in good condition, but after checkout, the host made false claims and exaggerated normal wear and tear — like a small water spot or a minor couch stain — and tried to charge us an unfair cleaning fee. Even worse, we felt targeted and disrespected, possibly because we are Arab. We cleaned the kitchen, bathroom, and sorted trash properly before leaving. The water seen in the host’s pictures was due to slow drainage, not neglect. Instead of understanding this, the host accused us unfairly and demanded an excessive amount. I’ve reported the situation to Airbnb and hope no other guest goes through something similar. This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. I do not recommend this host.
