Worst management ever

The location was excellent. Rooms were big enough and comfortable. If was clean and tidy. We had a bad experience, because of the lack of management. Literally you don't know to whom you are talking. We were traveling with a 5 months old baby therefore I asked for an earlier check-in, they refused on the booking.com, then they transferred the conversations to WhatsApp, with 3 different numbers. When we arrived to Rovereto it was raining heavily, and instead of accepting us at least on time, they sent a weird message that says we should check-in 1 hour later. When I tried to call their emergency number, it was again leading to WhatsApp. Then one of those numbers wrote that the cleaning lady is not done yet, and we should still wait which made me really nervous with the small baby in the middle of street. Anyway we finally did a late check-in, but there were no water to drink, no shampoo, no slippers, no breakfast(except for coffee). The hairdryer didn't work. In our two days stay, we didn't have hot water for on whole day. When I told those WhatsApp numbers, they said they're going to solve it but they didn't and at the end of the day they said they couldn't reach the apartment manager.
