The room was exceptionally clean, the parking was locked, secure, off street, and private. The large bed was comfortable. The location was in a small town with a few restaurants, very quaint, and located in a central location for us to drive to various locations. It was very sterile, no personal touches at all. White walls, curtains, furniture, sheets, etc. There were limited amenities. No shampoo, soap, or water in the fridge. The twin beds were less comfortable. There was significant confusion in checking in. Our original email had correct information, but was solely in Italian. We asked for an English version and received one, but it must have been reused because all the codes were different. The communication via WhatsApp has limited hours, and we had difficulty finding and calling an emergency number because we checked in at 8pm. The spa was uncomfortable. The hot tub was luke warm (set at the recommended temperature per customer service), the chairs leather, and there were cameras everywhere in the spa, which I thought was weird. The TV remote didn't work, the clock didn't work, the soap dispenser in the bathroom didn't work. This was the 4th place we stayed so far in Italy, and one of many, many places we've stayed in our travels. This felt like it was run by a remote company, lacking a human touch. There are also a lot of rules and cameras. Trash disposal is down the street. Basically, it was OK, but definitely could have been better. It was just a place to stay, not a destination.

Moderne inrichting, goede bedden, prima douche. Geweldig uitzicht op de bergen. Groot appartement met groot balkon. 6 km van Caldonazo meer. Om te kunnen fietsen van hieruit niet mogelijk, stijging 11%. Restaurants die er waren, waren gesloten. Alleen 2 kleine supermarktje.
