Last updated: August 2026

This policy applies to bookings made directly on our website. Bookings made on other platforms follow the conditions shown there at the time of booking.

1. High Season and the Rest of the Year

High season is: from 26 December to 6 January; the February ski weeks; Easter week; from 1 to 24 August. A stay counts as high season if at least one night falls within these periods. Moving dates: ski weeks = from the first Saturday of February to the first Sunday of March. Easter = from Good Friday to the Tuesday after Easter Monday.

2. High Season

Up to 45 days before arrival: free cancellation. From 44 to 21 days before: 50% of the total cost of the stay remains payable by the guest. From 20 days before onwards, and in case of no-show: 100%.

3. Rest of the Year

Up to 14 days before arrival: free cancellation. From 13 to 7 days before: 50%. From 6 days before onwards, and in case of no-show: 100%.

4. How Days Are Counted

The day of arrival is day zero. The Italian date and time at which we receive the cancellation email applies.

5. If You Book Close to the Arrival Date

You still have 24 hours from the booking to cancel at no cost, provided there are at least 48 hours left before arrival.

6. Final Cleaning

The cost of the final cleaning is always refunded. The only exception: if you cancel within the 72 hours before arrival, or if you do not arrive, it remains payable by you.

7. Tourist Tax

It is not due if you do not stay. If you have already paid it, it is refunded in full, in any band.

8. Refunds

Within 30 calendar days from the email, using the same payment method.

9. How to Cancel

In writing only, by email to support@italyholiday.org. A cancellation given verbally is not valid until it is confirmed in writing.

10. No-Show

Arriving late or leaving early is not a no-show and does not give the right to a refund.

11. Change of Dates

Moving your dates is not a cancellation. We can accept it if the house is free.
